Nonno Nanni to showcase 4 brand new products at Cibus 2014!

Latteria Montello will be at the International Food Exhibition in Parma. To mark the occasion, four brand new Nonno Nanni products will be presented, plus food tastings, recipes and a special event on the opening day.

Latteria Montello will take centre stage at Cibus, 2014, the 17th International Food Exhibition in Parma, which opens on Monday, 5 May. For four days until 8 May, Latteria Montello will showcase its famous "Nonno Nanni" fresh cheeses. In particular, four brand new products will be presented at Cibus 2014: Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile, Robiola, lactose-free goats' cheese and Nonno Nanni Cheese Slices. Four delicacies culminating from the pursuit of excellence, combining superior taste with outstanding customer service.

Visitors will also have the chance to sample Formaggini Nonno Nanni, which have already been on sale for a few months. For the entire duration of the four day event, Latteria Montello will offer food tastings and recipes prepared with a range of delicious Nonno Nanni products at its stand (Hall 2, Stand F068), showcasing in particular the new fresh Spreadable cheese. An original aperitif with special food tastings and other surprises will also be organised from 18.00 on the opening day.

The four new products showcased at Cibus 2014 match evolving customer expectations. Today more than ever, people are increasingly sensitive to the issue of food allergies, so there is a need to provide consumers with lactose-free products: the new Robiola and the new goats’ cheese cover this necessity, offering the same traditional taste but without lactose.

Nonno Nanni Spreadable fresh cheese is a genuine innovation as it is the first spreadable cheese that Latteria Montello has ever produced. Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile is the result of three years of research, culminating in the manufacture of a product that meets the need for convenience and versatility increasingly felt among consumers. Its freshness, lightness and creaminess fully reflects the high quality of the Nonno Nanni brand, as well as offering a perfectly balanced intense and delicate flavour, thanks to a careful selection of lactic acid bacteria. It will be sold in a practical recyclable tray.

Finally, the Cheese Slices are made from 20 percent Stracchino, ensuring an even more delicious taste. This has already been greatly appreciated by consumers of Nonno Nanni Mini Cheeses, which contain up to 30 per cent Stracchino.
