Spaghetti with Nonno Nanni Fresco alla Rucola
Ingredients for 4 persons
320 g of spaghetti noodles
200 g of Fresco alla Rucola
250 g of cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
a few leaves of basil
extra virgin olive oil
30 grams of silvers of Grana
salt and pepper to taste
Il Fresco alla rucola Nonno Nanni è un formaggio dalla consistenza compatta e dal sapore di latte impreziosito dalla nota decisa delle foglioline fresche di rucola.
Method
Heat up oil in a non-stick frying pan and brown the clove of garlic, remove it and add washed, dried and cut into half tomatoes, flavour with salt and pepper and cook on a high flame for a few moments. Boil spaghetti in salted water until slightly underdone, strain and place them in a bowl; flavor with the cherry tomato sauce and with diced Fresco alla Rucola. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and silvers of Grana.
