It is the outcome of three years of research, enabling us to offer a product that satisfies today's increasing need for practicality and versatility. This new fresh spreadable cheese is delightfully light and creamy, and also has a perfectly balanced, distinctive but delicate flavour, thanks to our careful selection of lactic acid bacteria.
